When we feel stressed, we are typically just looking at the bad part of the situation. You think to yourself, "What if my plans don't work out?" or "What will happen if.." All of these thoughts get into our minds and cause us to get stressed out. But, like it says in the quote above, we have to choose one thought over another. Instead of saying, "What if my plans don't work out," say "Thank you God for letting my plans work out." Instead of saying "What will happen if.." say "Thank you God for guiding me along the best pathway for my life." Rather than choosing to question, choose to thank God instead.
