"Our attempts may be awkward. Our attempts may be feeble. But since the power of prayer is in the One who hears it and not in the one who says it, our prayers do make a difference." Max Lucado
Saying a prayer may sometimes feel awkward, maybe we feel like we are asking for something so big that a simple prayer just seems so feeble and powerless. But it really doesn't matter how we pray, whether it is with a soft, shy voice or an awkward approach, we are still praying to God, and He doesn't care. Think of how powerful God is. He is not going to disregard your prayer based off of how you said it. Like Max Lucado says in the quote above, "our prayers do make a difference." No matter how you pray, God hears you. Just take faith in knowing that. He is an all powerful God and your prayers matter to Him.
