He Will Keep Your Leaves Green

"He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when the heat comes; its leaves are always green." Jeremiah 17:8

 Think about a tree planted by the water as Jeremiah 17:8 talks about. When it digs its roots into the ground, it is constantly being watered.  It does not worry or get panicked when it gets hotter, for that tree knows that it has enough water, and that as long as that stream is there, there will always be enough and its leaves will always be green. We are like that tree, and God is our water. As long as we dig our roots deep and have faith in God, He will constantly provide enough for us so that we do not have to worry or be afraid when the heat, or the troubles, come at us. So today I want you to dig your roots deep, show God that you have faith in Him and take heart in the fact that God will provide for you and He will keep your leaves green.
