"He will be our peace." Micah 5:5
Maybe today, you are in the middle of a storm. Maybe your life seems to be full turmoil and nothing seems stable or secure right now. In this storm that you are in, you don't know where you are supposed to go. With all of the winds and rain you can't see anything in front of you and you are feeling disoriented. Is there an end to all of this? Well, today I want to reassure you that no matter how bad your storm might be, whether it's just a small rain shower or a full on tornado, there is always an eye of the storm. In a storm, when everything is going on around the outside, in the middle there is this peace. That is called the eye of the storm. All of the chaos stops, all of the winds stop blowing, there is no more rain, and everything is just completely still. In life, the eye of the storm is our God. Once you find Him, amid all of the chaos and turmoil, you will find peace. Once everything calms down, and you put your faith in Him times, He will keep that peace. You will see the sun come up and the clouds diminish. The only thing that you must do is go to Him in the stormy parts of your life. Go to Him and let Him protect you. Let Him be the eye of the storm and let Him be the peace that you need.
