Trust God With The Unknowns

 Where are you going in your life today? What does your future hold? The answer for probably most of us is "I don't know," and that can be a scary thing! I mean, not knowing who you are going to become and what is going to be on the path in front of you is uncomfortable for us. We want to have control, we want to know everything that is going to happen to us, but, I am sorry to say, that is just not possible. So what do we do? How we deal with the feeling that we are walking into the unknown? How do we deal with the stress that it brings upon us? Let me tell you this, that it shouldn't bring you stress! It should actually bring you relief! And as far as you walking into the unknown goes, keep it mind that there is one person your path is not unknown to..
 So what exactly do I mean by this? Well you see, when you feel afraid and uncomfortable because you are walking into the unknown, you are forgetting that God is right by your side, and He is walking down that path with you. Not only that, but He knows what it holds for you! He created it and blessed it. So shouldn't that bring you some comfort in knowing that, the one walking down this path with you, the one who created the heavens, the earth and everything on it, created and knows what your future holds?
 One thing that we also need to remember, especially when we are feeling stressed and overwhelmed about our unknown future, is that those feelings should be the complete opposite! Shouldn't it be a relief to know that we don't have to control our future? Shouldn't it take the weight off of our shoulders knowing that we don't have to worry about what our it holds, because in fact, we don't even know what it does hold? So what we need to do is just take our unknowns, take our worries, take that stress, take everything that involves the future path of your life in put it all in God's hands, because, while walking next to you, He is going to take care of it all, because He knows what it holds, and knows the great person that you are going to become because of it.
