Let God Make Your Plans

 I believe it to be most likely that many of us today have a situation in which we have to make a decision, we have to decide where to go, we have to figure out where it is that our future path will lead us, or we have an idea of what our life should be, or at least what we want it to be, that hasn't come to pass yet. Are you in any of these situations today? If so, as hard as it may be, you have to let God make the choice.
 Now, I think that it is so difficult for us to do this, to give up control, because we want to know what is going to happen. We don't want to be left in the dark when it comes to seeing what lies ahead of us, so we plan it out ourselves. We determine what we need, what will have to happen here or there, and how it is going to turn out. But listen, the plans that we make aren't going to lead us anywhere, even though we may think otherwise. We may think that we know what we need and what it is that we have to gain or achieve, but the fact of the matter is is that we don't, in fact, we can't. See, we have these plans in our head, so when it does happen that they do not work out, we are lost, we are confused, and we are discouraged, not only that, but we are left with no idea on where it is that we are supposed to go. But let me tell you something today; let me tell you, and encourage you, that you need to leave the choice with God.
 See, when we do this, when we leave the choices with God and let Him make the plans, that is when we are going to find direction. That is when we are going to start living the amazing life that He has waiting for us. Now, don't forget that we do have to do our part. We need to, first of all, pray and listen for His guidance and direction, and we also have to step up and do whatever it is that He is calling us to do and go wherever it is that He is telling us to go.
 So today, no matter what it is that you are facing or no matter what the plans are that you have made, give it all to God. Let Him have all control of your situation and your plans, for when you do, you will be amazed by where it is that He will take you and what it is that He will do in your life.
