Never Give Up

 We all ask for things. We pray about them, think about them, and hope that they will come to pass, but see, after a while, if we don't see any results, we tend to lose that excitement that we once had when we first started asking, and eventually, we give up on the idea that this is ever going to happen. But see, today I want to encourage you to never, ever, give up.
 Now, see, the problem here comes from the society that we live in; we want things and we want them fast. We want to ask for something and, maybe a day or so, at the most a week, later, we expect to see results, and when it doesn't come within that time-period, we give up. We completely lose that excitement that we started out with and we forget all about it, assuming that, since it didn't happen when we wanted it to, that it isn't going to happen at all.
 But my friend, God's doesn't have the same ideas and thoughts as this world has, but He has His own, and they are much greater. He doesn't see things as having to be done right away, right when we think that should happen, but He sees things happening in the time period that they are supposed to. He sees things happening in His timing, of which, let me remind you, is always perfect.
 So why don't we think this way? Well, it is because we want results; we want to see what we are asking for come to pass, but if we would just rid ourselves of this idea that all will happen when we think it should, and instead, put our trust in God that, if He has it to happen, it will happen in His perfect timing, then you will be surprised at the results that you will see.
 But see, after we give up control, we have to keep praying. We have to keep believing, trusting God, and not give up. Yes, it may seem like you have been doing this for a long time and nothing is happening, you may be thinking that you should just stop praying for it, but don't. For you never know, the next prayer that you pray could be the one that brings what you are asking for to pass, for it is all in God's perfect timing, and He will bless us with what it is that we are asking for, if it is in His will for us, if we would just keep praying, keep believing, and never give up.
