 So many times we are trying to move in our own lives and make things happen while God is making His ways happen, of which causes us to miss out on them. So what is it that we can do? Well you see, we just have to "stand still and let God move" in our lives.
 Now, this can be a hard aspect to grasp, but it sure is an important one. You see, I think that, so many times, we ask and ask God to show us answers, to lead us somewhere, or to guide us to where He has us to be, but when we don't hear an answer in our time frame that we see fit, we start going at it ourselves. We start trying to make things happen, we start attempting to figure out where it is that we are meant to be in our lives, and reveal all of the potential and opportunities that lie within our journey, but see, there is only one person that can do that, and in attempting to do it yourself, you are not going to get anywhere. You are going to keep running into a wall, and this is only going to lead you to frustration and stress.
 So what is it that we need to do? Well, you see, we need to just stand still. We need to just calm our bodies and calm our minds so that we are able to just listen to what it is that God is trying to say, for if He is working in our lives at the same time that you are attempting to, we are going to completely miss out on whatever it is that He has for us. So see, just breath. Just find rest and peace in the hope that God has for you; the hope that tells you that He has you and your future in the palm of His hand, and that you should move when He asks you to move, but first, you need to just be still and wait until He tells you where to go.
 Imagine this as a visual; you are a boat on the ocean and there is a destination that you are going to try to reach yourself. However, every time you get remotely close to this destination, you get pulled back to where your boat was before. But see, if you would just stay where you are and let the waves take you to wherever it is that they may lead your boat, not only are you going to get there much easier, but the destination is going to be far better than any of the ones you would have picked. Do you see what I mean? God is trying to direct us to where He has us to be, and if you would just stop trying to find that yourself and listen to Him, you are going to reach destinations that you would have never even dreamed possible.
 So today, just be still, and let God move in your life.
