Go Out And Shine Your Light, Despite The Complaints Of Others

 In your life today, maybe you are shining your light. You are taking the joy and the blessings that God has blessed you with and using it to reveal how great your God is to the world. You are showing what He has done for you, what is is doing, and what He will do; but what about those who complain about the brightness of your light?

 Now, it can be hard when you are trying to shine your light as bright as you can in honor of God and all that He has done and is doing for you when there are those complaining about how bright your light is. They tell you these things that you are already praising God for will never happen. They complain about how much you constantly talk about God's goodness in your life. See, these people are complaining about your light shining in their eyes, but isn't that the point? If you think about it, we are shining our light in the first place, proclaiming God's goodness and power, so that others are able to witness and experience it. Now, whether they react positively or not, there is no telling, but what you have to constantly keep in mind is that we can't let the people complaining dim our light. We can't let them cause us to question why it is that we are shining this light in the first place, and we can not let them plant the idea in our head that maybe we should tone it down a little. No! We need to show the world all that God has done for us! We need to show them that, even though this may look impossible, that our God can do the impossible! This is what your light is proclaiming to the world! And we can not let the opinions of others get in the way of us shining it. We can't get so caught up in what they think and say about us that we dim our light. No! But we just have to keep shining. For some of these people that are complaining about your light are the ones that need to see it most.

 So today, keep shining, and don't let anyone dim your light. Go out and show the world how great your God is and how He is going to do amazing things in your life, for even though you may have some complaints, when God sees you doing this, He smiles, and He is going to keep blessing you and doing amazing things in your life so that your light can shine even brighter.
