God Is With You And Strengthening You Through This Storm

"But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me." 2 Timothy 4:17

 Maybe today in your life, you are going through a difficult time. You are facing a challenge or an obstacle that is really wearing you down. Does this sound like a place that you are in today? If so, I want to offer you a bit of advice.
 You see, we are often so distracted by our problem and focused on what it is that is going wrong in our lives that we miss what it is that God is whispering to us through the noise of the storm.
 See, God is trying to tell you that He is standing with you in this difficult time, He is not leaving your side, and He is going to ride it out with you. Not only that, but He is trying to tell you that, while staying at your side, He is going to strengthen you so that you are able to get though this. The God of the universe is taking His strength, the strength that raised Jesus from the dead, and placing it inside of you. Isn't that amazing? And I think that, if we would only be still and listen to these things that God is try to tell us, this storm that we are in isn't going to seem as powerful, it isn't going to consume our thoughts and our lives anymore because we know that God is bringing us through this, walking by our side and strengthening us along the way.
 So go in confidence today, rejoicing in this great news.
