Just Believe.

"Don't be afraid. Just believe." Mark 5:36

 In my opinion, this is one of the most simple yet impactful verses that I have come across, and the thing is is that this is something that we could be using every single day to improve our lives! But see, we, as humans, worry and are scared. We don't know what is going to happen and we don't know how, or even if it is going to. See, we fear about where are lives are headed, we fear about something that is coming up, or how something is going to turn out, but my friend, if you would listen to this simple command that we have received from our Father, and if you act on this command, you are going to see all of that fear dissolve away.
 See, we are told right in that very first line, "don't be afraid." God is telling us to just take a breath and stop fearing what it is that is troubling us, and you know what He tells us to do after this line? He says to "just believe." Just believe that He is there for you. Just believe that He has you, and whatever it is that you are afraid of, in the palm of His hand, and He is going to work it out for your best interest. He already has a plan for how this is going to work out, you just have to trust Him, take His hand as He walks with you, and believe that that plan is a good one.
 So today, just rest in these beautiful words, and watch the fear flee as you begin to use this belief that you have in your all-powerful Father as a weapon against it.
