You Are The Pencil In God's Hand

 In our lives, we don't know where we are headed. We have absolutely no idea about what it is m that lies ahead of us, and if we think that we do, those plans, my friend, can change at any moment, and more than likely will. So what is it that we are supposed to do and where is it that we are supposed to go? Well you see, God is using us to write the story of our lives. We are the pencil in His hand.
 Now what do I mean by this exactly? Well, think about how we write with a pencil. That pencil follows wherever the hand holding it takes it, and uses it to write whatever it is that the holder of it wants it to. So don't you see how this is like God's relationship with us? He is holding us, moving us along the story and the plan for our life that only He knows.
 So today, just let God take you into His hand and let Him guide you, let Him lead you, and let Him move you along this story that He has for your life. Yes, it might be scary not knowing what lies ahead, but just know and rest in the fact that the one holding you is the one who knows where you are going. And His plans will far exceed any that we could ever have.
