You Will Not Be Shaken

"I will not be shaken." Psalm 16:8

 Life can be hard. There is really no getting around that. There are times that come of which are so filled with junk that we don't even know how we are able to handle it. Now, I don't know whether you are in one of these times right now or whether you just know what it's like to go through them, but what I do know is that, with God, this situation is not going to move you.
 Now what do I mean by this exactly? Well you see, yes, the situation can make us upset, it can bring us stress, for after all we are human, but it can't knock us down. See, we have our foundation built on something so strong that, even though this problem may seem like it is impossible to stand against, we will not be shaken. God is there to keep us standing, to keep us going, because He knows that once you get through this, once this storm passes, you are going to be changed for the better. You, my friend, are not only going to be closer to God after this, but you are going to be closer to the person that He has you to be and the life that He has you to live.
 So just stand firm, and know that, with your strong and unbreakable foundation, you will not be shaken.
