Love The Ones Who Don't Like You

 We all want to be liked. It is really just a natural instinct. Being liked by others helps build up our self esteem and makes us more confident. But, what about when someone doesn't like us? What about when there is a person that we just cannot seem to get along with like you had hoped you would? Well, let me start off by saying this, not everyone you meet is going to like you. It would be nice if we could go out in the world today knowing that everyone that we meet would be fond of us, but unfortunately, that is just not a reality.
 So, what happens when someone doesn't like us? Well, we usually try to impress them, right? We try to convince them that we are good people, show them that we are worth it. But you know what? God tells us that we don't have to do that! We don't have to impress those people who don't think much of us, we don't have to persuade them into seeing what good people we actually are. No! All God tells us that we have to do, is love them. Even though they might not like us, love them anyway. This will make you feel so much better because, instead of trying to win that person over, you are just letting them go, and loving them anyways, and doing this is one of the strongest and bravest things that you could do!
 So know this today, there are going to be people in your life who don't like you. Don't try to impress them or try to show them that you are enough, just love them. Because you know what? God doesn't like you, but He loves you! God is impressed by you and He is the one who tells you that you are enough, and His opinion, is really the only one that matters.
