 Maybe today, you are wondering where it is that God has you to go. You are wondering what purpose He has placed upon your heart, which passion He wants you to pursue. It can be a frustrating thing, trust me, I know. But the thing is, is that, to get what you want, to get the answers, the purpose, or the direction, you need to put some effort in.
 Now, I think that a common misunderstanding about faith that many people have is that God is going to take care of everything. And don't get me wrong, He can do more than we can ever imagine! But when it comes to figuring out what He has you to do in your life, where He has you to go, and who He wants you to be, you have to put in an effort. You have to pray. Pray for the guidance that God will show you to where He has you to go. Pray that your heart would be opened to receive the answers that you are wanting, and after that, you need to get up. Go out in the world and follow where God has told you to go. Go try different things, pursue hobbies, talents, and gifts that you have a passion for, and eventually, God will lead you to the perfect fit.
 See, the quote above illustrates this perfectly. Picture a trumpet. Now, no matter how shiny or beautiful this trumpet may be, it is never going to make any noise unless you actually blow into it. It doesn't do anything unless you put in an effort.
