You Can't Change Your Past, But You Can Change Your Ending

 Maybe today, you are mourning over something in your past, maybe a loss or a mistake, or maybe you just can't get your mind out of what is behind you. You are stuck in the regret, the wrong turns you may have made, or things that you did wrong. If this is you today, let me tell you, you have to get out of the past..
 You see, I don't know what you have behind you. I don't know what happened or what you may have done, but I do know something; I know that you can't do anything about it. You can't go back and change what may have happened, so why should you keep thinking about it? Why should you burden yourself with these things that you can't do anything about? See, that's the thing, we shouldn't. But listen, what we can do is we can start now, we can get out of our past and we can make a new ending. We can change the course of our life and we can lead it in a better direction!
 Think about it this way, when we are stuck in our past, when we let it burden us and weigh us down, we are not experiencing the life that God has for us. In fact, we are stuck in the middle of the path, and if that is where you want it to end than go right ahead, but if you want the life that God has for you, if you want to walk into all of the miracles and blessings that He has written on the pages of your story, you have to get up, get out of your past, and start moving forward. Even though you don't have a choice to change your past, you do have a choice whether or not you are going to change the ending of your story.
