Dream

"Some men see things as they are and say why - I dream things that never were and say why not."
George Bernard Shaw

Today, I want to encourage you to dream. Now, I know that some people haven't done this in a while, that they have just been too busy to "make believe," or they just don't believe in all of that nonsense anymore; but let me tell you today that dreaming can offer us what the reality of the world can not.
So, what exactly am I talking about, and what is it that we are supposed to dream about anyway? Well, you see, when we look ahead of us at reality, when our ideas and thoughts are only confined to the limits that this world offers, then I am sorry to say, my friend, but it is going to be a discouraging road. You are not going to see all that you wish that you could and you are never going to live up to the full potential, the potential of exceeding the impossible, that God has for you. So here is where the dreaming comes into play. We need to look to somewhere other than reality for answers to our dreams. We need to break the limits that have been set before us, and we need to take our imagination and think of the biggest dream that you have, and I know that there is one deep within you somewhere, even if it does not look possible right in front of you. We need to dream about what our life would be like when that comes true, we need to dream of the things that we would do, the places we would go, for when we do this, we are showing God that we don't have limits on Him either. We are showing Him that we trust Him enough to do the things that would otherwise seem impossible.
So today, I want you to dream, and dream the biggest dream that you can. And you need to know that, even though it may not seem possible right in front of you, that God sees it, and He is going to work your dream out for your good.
