Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone

  Maybe today, you are wondering why God isn't doing anything in your life. You feel as though you have been praying for direction or for change, but you aren't seeing any of it come to pass. Why is this? Well my friend, sometimes God has everything that we are asking Him for waiting for us, right outside our comfort zone.
 Now yes, I know that our comfort zone is a beautiful place to us. We know a routine; we know what is happening when, what is going to happen tomorrow, not to mention the fact that we don't have to worry about failing or messing up. Now, that does sound perfect, but while we are in that comfort zone, we are closed off to much of the goodness that God wants to reveal to us in our lives. Yes, of course He is always with us, but outside of your comfort zone is an abundance of blessing, of opportunity, and of inspiration that you can't see or receive unless you are willing to step out and begin to walk in it.
 Think about it this way; if you had a garden, and it was the same garden that you have had for a very long time. the soil is all worn and won't grow anything, but the view is pretty, plus, you don't have to worry about messing up on a new garden. But see, nothing is going to grow in the garden that you are stuck in. You are not going to see any new "flowers" because you are too afraid to step into the bigger, more beautiful garden that is waiting for you. A garden that is packed full of so many beautiful "flowers" that you never could have had living in your old garden.
 So do you see what I am saying? If we are willing to leave our comfort zone, no matter how perfect it may seem, God has so much more waiting for us on the outside. So much blessing, so much opportunity, so many miracles, dreams, and inspiration, that you can only see if you begin to take that first step today, out of your comfort zone.
