When All Is Coming Against You, Praise His Name. A Post Based Off The Story Of Job.

"The Lord blessed the latter part of Job's life more than the former part." Job 42:12

In the story of Job, the devil decides to test this man so that he can draw him away from God. He takes away everything; his home, his job, his family, his food, and his health, and maybe, in your life today, you feel like the enemy is testing you as well. You feel like he is coming at you, knocking you down with one blow after another, but let me tell you that, if you would keep your faith in God, He is going to turn this mess into a blessing.
Now you see, in this story, the devil tested Job, and he kept pushing him and pushing so that he would proclaim that God was not with him, so that disbelief would take over, and prove the devil right. But guess what? Job never did, but rather, through it all, through the famine, through the loss, through the pain, both emotional and physical, Job still praised God. He proclaimed his belief for Him rather than giving into what the devil was pulling him towards. Not only that, but God saw what Job was doing. He saw that, through all of this trouble and devastation, he was still praising His name, and He rewarded Job for it. He, as the quote above says, blessed his life to such a greater extent and granted him with so much more than Job ever had before.
So today, if you are going through a situation that seems hopeless, a situation where you feel one thing after another coming at you, or whatever it is that you may be facing in your life, if you would stand up and, amidst the trouble, praise God, trust in Him, and rest in His blessings that you have around you, than you, my friend, are going to see this situation turn around. The devil is going to back off when he sees how strong your faith is, for he can do nothing against a force that strong. Not only that, but you are going to see God begin to work in your life in ways that you have never seen Him before. He is going to grant you with a life so much better than yours has ever been, all because He saw you proclaiming His name and holding onto your faith during the times that where most people would have let go of theirs.
So just keep holding on, keep the faith, and know that God is going to take this mess, this pain, and this chaos that you are going through and He is going to turn it into something spectacular, just as He did with Job.
