"In God's garden of grace, even a broken tree can bear fruit." Rick Warren
In our lives, we are so often stuck in the mindset of the fact that we are not enough, that we don't have what it takes to live out God's plan for our lives, that we aren't smart enough or strong enough, or we think that we are just too flawed. But see, you have to know that God's grace covers all of that.
Now, within our earthly mindset that we all sometimes slip into now and again, when we see our flaws and our imperfections as restraints, we see them as reasons that we will not be able to do something, as chains that are put on us, or cracks within the creation that God has created you to be. We see our flaws as these horrible things that are holding us back from whatever it is that God has in store for us because we think believe that someone like us, someone with our flaws, could never accomplish what it is that God is wanting you to, but let me tell you something today, let me tell you that with God's grace, you, my friend, can do anything, despite any flaws that you might have.
Now pay attention to the quote above, and notice how it says, "In God's garden of grace, even a broken tree can bear fruit." See that last part? "Even a broken tree can bear fruit." If you would just rejoice in God's grace and if you would rest in it, no matter what your flaws may be, God is going to cause you to succeed. See, through His grace, He doesn't see a flaw on you, for all He sees are opportunities to shape you into the person that He has you to be. See, God is going to use your flaws for your good. He is going to shape you and mold you which will in turn lead you down the path that He has paved in front of you. He knows that you don't feel capable, but with His grace, He knows that you can do anything, that is, you can do anything with Him at your side.
So today, stop looking at your flaws as setbacks and chains that are holding you back from where god has you to be, and start seeing them as stepping stones that will lead you you closer to the life that God has you to live. You just have to rest in His grace and let it cover you, for through that, and through God, you can do anything.
