Constantly Live In Hopeful Anticipation

"Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen." Unknown

I love the idea of living in hopeful anticipation; living with the hope and excitement that God is going to do something amazing in each and every moment of our lives. So why is it that we all don't live like this on a daily basis? Well you see, we are so full of worry and of negativity about what could go wrong, that we have no more room for the anticipation of what God could do in our lives!
So how is it that we switch our perspectives? Well, it is quite a simple concept really, but performing it can be quite hard for a lot of people. We need to give it all over to God, and we have a problem with this because of our worldly tendencies to need control. We want to be in charge of what we are worried about and we want to take care of this negative situation ourselves so we know how it will all work out. But my friend, this only makes us more worried and more negative because we are carrying this completely unnecessary burden on our shoulders, all the while God is waiting to fill us with that hopeful anticipation of all the amazing things that He wants to do in your life.
So if you would take the step today of giving up control and handing it all over to God and then begin to live with the mentality that, in every moment of the day, God is going to do something absolutely amazing, you are going to see your life become so much more exciting and blessing-filled that you aren't going to have any room for that worry or negativity any longer.
