Just Believe

"Don't be afraid. Just believe." Mark 5:36

 I love this advice that we are given in Mark 5:36. I mean, it really couldn't get much simpler. But how is it that we are supposed to take our lives that are so complex and confusing, and apply this rule to it? Well you see, my friend, God doesn't care about how complicated or difficult your situation may be, that means nothing to Him, He just wants His child to be happy.
 So what it is that we have to do on our part to make this situation less ddifficult? For we are afraid of what the outcome will be or what lies ahead of us, and we are just overwhelmed with this life in general. But guess what? That thing that I said about us having to do something so that God can make sure that us, His children, are happy, that thing is to let go of all that fear and all of that worry and hand it over to Him, completely and totally trusting Him with it all. See, like the verse says, we don't have to be afraid of what could go wrong, what's happening around us, or what could happen ahead of us. All that we have to do is believe that God has us and this situation in the palm of His hand and He is not letting go. Not only that, bit He has our best interest in mind.
 So today, just give up all of your control, worries, and fears to God, and just believe.
