Be Still And Listen

 I think that, so often in our lives, we complain and get upset about not hearing God. We search so hard for direction and want answers that only He can give, but we don't hear any. Maybe this is where you are in your life today, and let me tell you, my friend, that the solution is something that is so much more simple than you probably would of thought. See, so many put the blame on God for not hearing His voice, but that part is our fault. You see, you need to start listening. And yes, I am sure you do listen for His voice as you go about your day, but I am talking about taking time away from the noise and the business of this world to spend with your Father. It doesn't have to be a big chunk of time, maybe it's while you're getting ready in the morning or on your way to work, it doesn't matter; all that matters is that you are taking time away from the busy life that all of us live, and you are spending time with God, just being still and listening to what it is that He has to say. When you do this, my friend, you are going to find those answers and get the guidance that you have been looking for, along with so much more than you could ever imagine. You just have to be still and listen.
