He Will Provide For You

"And my God will meet all my needs according to His glorious riches in Jesus Christ."
Philippians 4:19

 One of the hardest things that I think that we, as faithful people, deal with is trusting that God will provide for us. Maybe you are like a lot of others, where you are very firm in your faith and you believe God's promises, but when it comes to God providing for us, we begin to get a bit anxious. Why is this? Why are we able to have such a strong faith in other aspects, but when it comes to this, all of that just goes right out the window? The answer really comes down to the fact that we want to know 100% that we are going to get what we need, and when we can't actually see that we are going to get what we need, that is when we begin to feel anxious.
 But let me tell you something today. I guarantee you that God's word comes through. No matter what your current situation may seem like today, no matter what your needs are, no matter how desperate you are for an answer, God always comes through. Look at the verse above. It tells us right there that God will provide all of our needs, not based off of how much we have, not based off what we have said or done in the past, no. But based off of His riches in Jesus Christ! He is literally supplying our needs by using the greatest source possible, according to the most powerful, most giving, most loving source in the world! He is using that source, those riches, to provide for us.
 Now, I know waiting for an answer may be hard, but as long as you know that He will take care of you and that He will provide for you, you will begin to trust Him more and more and believe that, no matter how long it might be taking, your needs will be fulfilled by Heaven's glorious riches.
