"God gave you a gift of 86,400 seconds today. Have you used one to say 'thank you?'"
William Arthur Ward
I want to start off today with the thought of 86,400 seconds in a day. 86,400 moments. Some have even already passed. What do all of those moments hold for us today? Better yet, how will handle them?
Take a look at the quote above. I want you to really think about that. Out of all these moments. Out of those 86,400 seconds, have you used one, just one, to say thank you? Thank you to the one who has given you these moments? Thank you to the one who has blessed you so that you are able to enjoy them? With that thought in mind, I not only want you to start taking a second, or two, or three, or even five minutes to say thank you to God, but I want you to really ponder another question.
How are you spending those 86,400 seconds? What are you doing to fulfill those moments God has blessed you with? He has given us the gift of these seconds, and He wants to see us fulfilling them to the best that they can be. Go out today and take each second as it is a gift from God. Savor and treasure each moment you have, and try to make it the best moment that you can. When we do this, when we begin to try and make each moment the best, we will see our life go to new heights. We will see God lift us higher than we could have ever gone before. Not only that, but your life will change! You will see your life being more fulfilled, find yourself being more excited, find your relationship with God getting closer!
So today, I want you to go out, and really just enjoy and make the most of those 86,400 seconds that God has blessed you with. Fulfill them, make them the best that they can be, and thank the one who gave them to you.
