Are You Ready To Hand It All Over?

 Maybe today, you are ready. You are ready to live in a life where you don't have to worry about what your future holds, a life where you don't have to control of anything, but a life where you hand it all over to God. Now, I am pretty sure that most of you already know God and that you already have a relationship with Him. But it is a whole different step to let go of the reigns and give Him control.
 So you see, to take this next step, there are three points that we need to remember. The first one:
 -Start where you are: See, so many people think that, to hand their life over to God, it has to be perfect. They can't have any problems going on in their life and they have to make sure that it's all cleaned up and tidy. But here's the thing, God doesn't need your life to be in good shape to take it in His hands! In fact, He wants you to give it to Him like that so you can see the miracles that He works in it. God wants you to come to Him and hand your life over, just as you are.
 -Use what you have: Now, maybe you have found yourself going around comparing what you have to what others have. You think that she is so much better than you at this and he is so much better than you at that, but you have to know that God gave them different gifts than He gave you! And He doesn't want you to spend all your time comparing your gifts to theirs, but He wants you to take up your gifts and use them! Use what you have, and don't compare yourself to others.
-Do what you can: So many times we find ourselves trying to control the situation that we are in by trying to do more than we can. We feel like the only way that we are going to see results is if we find a way to make it happen. But let me assure you of this; God already has a way to make it happen in store, and all that you have to do is do what you can, because once you do that, God sees that you are trying as hard as you can to get this, you are showing God that you really want it, and once He sees that, if it be His will, He is going to do His part and bring it to pass for you.
 So you see, once you take these three steps, you are going to live in a new life in which you don't have to worry about the future and you don't have to have control, because you've handed it all over to God, and you know that He has it.
