 This world can be a dark place, and sometimes, we may succumb to that darkness. We might let it have a negative effect on us, let it change our attitude and our outlook. Not only that, but other people around you will see and witness you being negative and they will become negative as well. So what we need to do is we need to change that. We need to, instead of succumbing to the darkness, shine with the brightness that God gave us.
 You see, if we are negative and down, other people around us are going to be that way too. They are going to feel bad for you, and, as sad as it is, they will start gaining the same attitude that you have. But like I said, we can change the course of this path! Now, we all know that this world needs some light to it. It needs some sort of shine to overtake the darkness, and you, my friend can be that shine.
 Think about it, I mean, instead of letting the darkness of the world overtake us, we can be a light to it! We can look at all of the beautiful things of the world that God has created. We can thank Him for all that He has blessed us with. We need to just look around at all of the good things that we have and rejoice in this life that we are living! When we do that, we shine a light into the world. We glow with such a positivity and such a radiance that only God can give, and other people are going to want the same thing. So you see, when people see us shining, they will want to shine as well, and when they shine, other people will see them and the cycle will continue to go!
 We could be the start to a brighter world! And all that we have to do is shine with the light and the joy that God gives us!
