"Is Anything Too Hard For The Lord?"

"Is anything too hard for the Lord?" Genesis 18:14

 Maybe today, there is an obstacle in your life. One that you seem to think is impossible to get over. Maybe there is a dream in your heart, but on the outside, it looks like things would be too difficult for it to ever happen. Whatever it is that you may be going through, today I want you to know that, no matter how impossible, trying, or difficult you think it is, God is thinking differently.
 Okay, so we know how God thinks, but how is that supposed to affect us? Well you see, as you face all of these problems and as you chase after all of these dreams alone, God is up there waiting for you to invite Him in on the journey. He is waiting for you to give up your control of the situation so that He can enter and do His work.
 Now, I know what it is that you might be thinking, well yes, I know all of this already. But even if I were to give up control, I don't even know if God could handle this one. Okay, so listen, it is so easy to think that, when things seem so impossible and when things are really difficult, that they would be the same way for God. That He wouldn't be able to handle it all. But see, in Genesis 18:14, God is asking us a question. He is saying, "Is anything too hard for me?" And I want you to answer it. Is anything too hard for your God? The one that created the heavens, the earth, everything on it, and the one that created you? Is your situation too much for Him to handle? The answer is no. There is nothing, and when I say nothing, I mean absolutely nothing that God can and will not do to get you to where it is that He has you to be in your life. We just have to show Him that believe that He can, and that we trust that, if He has brought us to this point or if He has put this dream in our hearts, that He is going to get us through it and He is going to fulfill it for us, for nothing is too hard with Him.
