Are You Trusting It All?

"I know that you can do all things." Job 42:2

 So many times, I think that we pray to God, we ask Him for things, for guidance in our lives, for healing, or for a countless number of others things, but we do not fully believe that He can do them. We do not entirely trust that He is capable. Well, let me tell you today, that you, my friend, need to give it all and trust it all to Him.
 Now, you may be thinking to yourself that of course you trust God, you give it all to Him and just let Him take it, and that this may not apply to you. But let me ask you this today; your biggest dream, the one you think of as too big and too impossible to come true, or your biggest prayer, the one that you have buried deep within you, afraid to present something of this size to God; are you giving Him these things? Are you putting them in His hands and trusting Him with all of it? And what about the small things in your life? The test that you have coming up or that job interview, are you trusting God with these small things? The things that you may think God would see as insignificant, the things that probably wouldn't change your life, but that may be on your heart today. Are you trusting God with these? See, it is so easy to pick and choose what it is that we give God. We don't think that He can handle this or we don't think that He would care about something so small, but listen, as it says in Job 42:2, we need to trust that He "can do all things." Not just some things, but all of them.
 Now, I know that it is not easy to give up control. It is not easy to step back and let God take the reigns, but let me encourage you that, when we do, He is going to begin to work in your life in ways you never would have been able to witness before. Not only will He begin to fulfill these things that we either deemed too big or too small, but He is also going to use those things to bring you towards the life that He has for you. No step of yours is wasted, and if you trust it all to Him, not just this, not just that, but all of it, then He is going to take you places in your life that you never would have even dreamed of. He is going to take you places that will ultimately lead you to the life that He has called you to.
 So today, start proclaiming to God, "I know that you can do all things!"
