You May Be The Only Jesus Some People See

 Sadly, in our world today, there are many people out there who have not found God, they don't believe that He is there for them, that He loves, or that He is guiding their every step, walking along with them. But we can model this faith that they are missing. We can show them the love of Jesus that they have not found.
 So how can we do this? How can we be the only Jesus that they may see? Well, first things first, we can never step up and actually be Jesus, nor do the works that He does, but what we can do is step up, and show these people the unconditional love that He has shown us. We can show them the forgiveness that we have been shown, and we can show them the kindness and generosity that we are so blessed to be able to find in Jesus. See, "God created mankind in His own image." (Genesis 1:27) So we need to reveal that image to others who may not find it on their own.
 So, let me touch on how we can show some of the points that I has mentioned above, for some of the things that we could do and some of the steps that we could take so that we could model Jesus to these people are to show them unconditional love, the same kind that Jesus has shown us. You see, no matter what it is that we do, no matter how far we stray, or how many mistakes that we make, we are always welcomed back into His open arms, and that is what we need to model. We can not shut ourselves off from a person if they wander or make a mistake, but rather, we need to keep ourselves open, and love them anyway. Even through points when it may seem hard, especially when the attitudes take a negative turn, we still need to show them love. For we are showing them what God has given us.
 Another thing that we can do is to forgive. Think about how many times that Jesus has forgiven you. We can reveal that to others by forgiving them. We can't become angry when they have done wrong, we can't become bitter towards a mistake that they made, but rather, we need to forgive them, and move on. We need to show them this ultimate gift that we have been given.
 Lastly, but certainly not least, we can show them kindness and generosity. Don't let your differences get in the way, but instead, just be kind. Open the door for them, start up a conversation, give them a hug, or even just a smile. Just be kind and be caring. Share with them a compliment, show them love, be generous, and just fill them with what it is that they are missing
 You see, when we do these things, those people who may have not found God are going to see something within us. Something different. Something that they want. And that, my friend, is why we need to model Christ in all that we do, for we never know who it is that may be needing to find Him.
