By Worrying About Tomorrow, What Are You Missing Out On Right This Very Moment?

"So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself." Matthew 6:34

What are thinking about right this very moment? Are living in the moment that you are in, or is your mind off thinking about tomorrow or some point in the future? I have a feeling that most of the people who answered this question chose the latter of the two. But let me ask those who did this question; by worrying about tomorrow, what are you missing out on right this very moment?
Now, I know that this is much easier said than done, but we really need to start living in the present, for we honestly have no idea of how much we are actually missing when our focus is on the problems and worries of tomorrow. It is a blindness that we bring upon ourselves. A blindness as to where we can't see any of the miracles, the blessings, or the gifts that God is giving us right in the present moment that we are because our head is stuck in that cloud of worry, that cloud of anxiety, and that cloud of fear about what tomorrow is going to hold for us. There is so much for us to enjoy right where we are! So we need to stop worrying and actually begin to enjoy it.
Notice in the verse above, God's word specifically tells us not to worry about what tomorrow holds. It tells us not to fear or stress over what could happen or what won't happen. And then it goes on to say that "tomorrow will take care of itself." In my own opinion, I feel like this is God telling us that He's got it taken care of. Telling us that He has us in the palm of His hand today, tomorrow, and at any point in the future. He has every one of your days planned out for you, and long before you were even born He knew all that will happen tomorrow. So we need to trust God, and trust that He has us, our present, and our tomorrow in the palm of His hand, and anything that you are worrying about, anything that you are fearful of, He is going to take care of it.
So rest in this fact today, get your head out of the cloud of worry and anxiety of tomorrow, and start living in the present and realize all of the blessings and miracles that God is doing in your life.
