God Knows Everything. We Don't. So We Need To Pray.

"Why pray? Doesn't God already know everything? Yes. But you don't. So pray." Unknown

I think that so many times, we don't ask for things because we assume that God already knows what it is that we need. He knows what it is that He is going to give us, and He knows that He will get us out of this situation. But see, God does know it all, but we don't. So that is why we pray.
Now see, prayer does many things for us; it offers us a peace of mind knowing that God knows what it is that we are needing or wanting, it is a way of communication with Him, but I think one of the biggest things that we use prayer for is to find answers, and if we are assuming that God already knows all of them and thinking that praying to Him for it wouldn't even do anything, you are forgetting the part in where we do not know everything. We don't know how this situation is going to work out, we don't know where it is that God has us to be, we hardly even know anything that God knows and has planned out for us, but see, we are never going to have these answers revealed to us if we don't start praying for them.
See, God does know all of the answers, but unless you are talking with Him, unless you are asking Him these questions that you have daily, you are never going to get the direction that you need, and God isn't able to move you by yourself, you have to do your part. You have to pray for Him for whatever it is that you are asking for today. Don't just assume that He already knows everything so there is no need to pray. No. But instead, you have to remember that He does, in fact, know everything, but you don't. And to get the answers and the direction that you are needing, you need to seek those answers form the one who does have them, and the only way that we are able to do that is through prayer.
